This place is an absolute scam. We drove around for 10 minutes looking for parking and there was none. We tried to exit to park elsewhere and they told us we had to pay. We called 4 times which took 20 minutes, got hung up on twice and they said we passed their 11 minute grace period. They kept letting people in despite the lot being full and then charging people who couldn’t find parking. Absolutely ridiculous - my car was booted because I backed into the spot vs. parking head in. Apparently, there is a “head in parking” only rule. There are no visible signs stating this rule; only a tiny hidden sign tucked in the corner of the ramp. In the second photo, see where my car is parked vs. where the hidden sign is (circled in red). Microscopic sign on the way in that says "park head in" WARNING, if you don't, they will boot your car and ticket you.

Park "Head in!". You get a $36 ticket if they can't see your tag. There's a VERZY SMALL sign that states this.

Wish it could zero stars, not for parking but for parking attendents on tap 42 side , the one by the parking is always instigating problems , is a grosero and always harrassing people
