Complete shitshow. Parked here for a month as a monthly customer and legit they lost my car nearly everyday I parked there. I had to walk the lot myself to locate the car, with toddler in hand (multiple other customers did this too, it’s the only way to get your car in any reasonable amount of time, even if you pre text the number too!!) They’re so nice and helpful in pickup but the entire crew in the afternoon has no idea what’s going on. Total mess, avoid at all costs.

The guy who grabbed my car was super helpful and nice. Price wasn’t terrible. And my car came out ok. Guy who brought my car out at the end of the night was INCREDIBLY rude. Kind of ruined the whole experience. There are two other garages near by, maybe try them. If they aren’t open, at least half of this process was pleasant

Predatory business! The posted rate for 12 hours is $23.56 plus tax. On march 12th, I parked for 10.5 hours and was charged $42. On march 28th, I parked for 11 hours and was charged $37. I reserved in advance and estimated my departure times as 1-2 hours earlier but still picked up my car within the 12 hour window. As a small business owner, my days can be unpredictable and I sometimes have to work later than expected, and this garage takes advantage of the opportunity by price gouging.
