I had a very unpleasant experience at this parking garage this morning. When I entered, the garage was already completely packed, but there was no clear indication before turning in. Due to the 90-degree turn at the entrance,(as shown on picture) you can’t see how full it is until you’re turn right. I carefully parked behind other cars, and at the same time, another driver was trying to exit. I was already preparing to adjust my car to give her space. The Best parking to leave your car and have a nice trip in NY to have a peace of mind that you left your car in good hands and very reasonably priced.
This was the best place to park - they had a text feature where you can text when you're ready and they pull car around. Or you could call... A month or two ago they changed owners and got all new staff. They never answer the texts anymore, and when they're busy they leave the phone off the hook so you cannot reach them. DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU if they tell you you can get a monthly and use text / call feature. You will only be able to use it once in a blue moon - otherwise the completely ignore.
