Predatory business! The posted rate for 12 hours is $23.56 plus tax. On march 12th, I parked for 10.5 hours and was charged $42. On march 28th, I parked for 11 hours and was charged $37. I reserved in advance and estimated my departure times as 1-2 hours earlier but still picked up my car within the 12 hour window. As a small business owner, my days can be unpredictable and I sometimes have to work later than expected, and this garage takes advantage of the opportunity by price gouging. Very easy to park in the garage. I purchased a reserved spot online and the valet people took my car when I pulled in. I also received text confirmation to pick up my car and it was ready when I got there. Really convenient and good pricing for the day.

AVOID! Two of my tires were cut and rims were badly scratched. I have filed multiple complaints. Heard back nothing. They are unresponsive, and the manager is impossible to reach. Now I am canceling my monthly subscription. They have this 30 day cancellation policy and want to charge me an additional month. This is total FRAUD.
