We parked here at 12:30pm for the Somerville St. Patrick's Day parade. The entrance gate was up when we arrived and a worker was there telling cars that "it's free today." Numerous cars including us went right in and parked. When we left at 3:45pm, there was a long line of cars as the gate was now down and a new worker was there, not allowing cars to leave.
