I have been to this lot a few times but I make sure to use Google Maps to get me there with minimal issues. The few times I have been there, there has been plenty of parking, but I need to point out that I am not going during a game. As of the date of this posting, there have been workers painting parking space lines for handicap spots, which is taking a lot of real estate, but even without access to those spots there is still ample parking for people who are needing a place to park beyond a Rockies game. Parking lot itself is really well maintained and paying wasn't too much of a hassle. But the lot closes from 8pm to 5am despite google saying it was open 24 hours
