Ridiculous system regarding tickets and entry/exit. Stuck outside because there is no entry for lost tickers. Feels like a total scam on people using the garage. Would never use again. Update--spent 40 mins waiting in line to leave the parking garage. Cars almost backing into each other. Machines clearly not working. Just a disaster all around.
This company is poorly serviced and maintained. They will take your car without even considering your partnership. They are horrible. The supervisor is rude and very intentional on towing your car without verifying g beyond the PAPER that they give you.
They have added additional security like roll up garage doors. You need to take your ticket to get back into garage.
Locks the doors to stairs and elevators early at night. Have to walk the ramp up to 4th floor
Very good service! Tommy was very gracious and help me with my luggage immediately he was on point
