Scam! Ticket machine is always out of tickets and opens anyways to let you in but then won’t open to let you leave without a ticket and tries to charge you $50 no matter how long you were there. Number to call for help is the wrong number, they don’t answer the intercom, and when you call the wrong number they pass along the right one where no matter what selection you make it goes to voicemail. Payment machine for hourly tickets would not read the tickets that my friend and I had been given a few hours earlier. The phone number shown on the exit gate linked me to the connecticut office, an office that had no control over this specific parking garage. I had to call the police to get us out. And even that was a problem, because the police did not have keys to override the gates.
