I've cancelled the parking at Oct 2025, but they have kept charging me parking fees every month. This is such a scam. Update: I contacted them through the email in their response here, but no one responded… However, the charge stopped after i ask my credit card company to change my card number. So all my loss is 4 months of parking fees.
