Waited 30 minutes for my car
Never park here! They scammed us for additional fees for nothing. We booked through the app and it was absolutely clear we need to pay 37 dollars in total. No information at all for some additional fee. And then they forced us to pay more.
They should have on their site that you can only park there if your staying at a nearby hotel.
Horrible parking garage to park in! Took over an hour to retrieve my vehicle after paying the $90 fee for 6 hours of parking. Customer service is nonexistent! Don’t park here!
