We purchased parking from this garage online for a trip to visit my uncle who lives on 170th street. The rates seemed reasonable so it seemed to be worth a 15-20 min walk. However, when we got there the attendant initially said they couldn’t accommodate us and that purchasing the parking online was no guarantee. I've parked here monthly a couple of times, and up until til now it's been fine, but I couldn't access my car today. Initially I've been calling an hour in advance to get my car as per instructions from one of the attendants since the text system didn't work for me before.
