I've parked here monthly a couple of times, and up until til now it's been fine, but I couldn't access my car today. Initially I've been calling an hour in advance to get my car as per instructions from one of the attendants since the text system didn't work for me before. Last night I called to arrange to grab my car this morning, guy tells me to call this morning an hour ahead, and when I call for a 7am pickup at 6 I'm told it's buried all the way in the back and won't be accessible til 9. Idea residential area quite!
Do not ever make a reservation on a parking app and come here. They will never honor it. I made the reservation 2 days In advance. No apology issued. Just a “you can’t park here”. Drove over 3 hours to come here with a fussy toddler just to be treated like this!
