The horrible young man working management was unkind and unhelpful. On the 3rd of this month I parked in the garage for under an hour, which turned into almost and hour and a half after being hung up on four times by the people on the other side of the "help" button. When I was finally connected to the disheveled some being male voice on the other side of the kiosk, I was immediately admonished for attempting to use my tap to pay on the sensor that is labelled "tap." Hard to get into and out of
Terrible and cramped parking I used this parking for to park near the convention center and there's a sign that says 25$ all day but had to pay an extra 50$ before exiting!
