Ample parking for a Sunday afternoon Balt Ctr Stage matinee with available handicapped spots. North elevator goes to Calvert street, closest to theater. One downside, I purchased ahead online, but there is no reader on any tkt machine; had to take a tkt on entry and pay again when leaving. Price is very fair, so not a horrible situation.
Attended a play at Center Stage and parked in this garage due to its close proximity to the theater. When leaving discovered that the machine to pay for parking was not working. Pushed button for assistance and was told I had to pay at the exit gate. Folks behind us said the same thing happened the last time they parked there so this appears to be a frequent issue. We had to wait for nearly 45 minutes to get to the exit gate due to dozens of others suffering our same plight. There was only one exit lane. This is incredible i... read more
Service was great, I had a little trouble getting back into the building but Corey walked around the block with me, helped me get back to my car with ease, and was incredibly friendly the entire time.
It’s a parking garage. Worked as advertised, easy to enter pay and leave.
Tried multiple times to pay and get out. Don't use this garage if you have anywhere to be on time. Customer service is terrible and will provide no help.
