I wish I had seen these reviews before I parked, because I/m stuck without my car for two more days. DO NOT PARK HERE. There is no attendee, the hours aren't posted. You van call the customer service number, but you won't get to speak to anyone, and the hours on the website are false. They asked me to call to make it up, but can’t get anyone to answer the phone.
THIEVES NEVER PARK HERE. The phone number that was supposed to help me made me wait for THREE HOURS just for him to say he wasn’t in charge of sending someone he was just in charge of sending the memo. THREE HOURS alone by myself at night IS THE NEXT DAY AND IM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO OPEN THE DAMN DOOR
They don't tell customers their garage closes at 8pm. They do not provide service after 8pm. So your car can get stuck there overnight if it is not retrieved by then. Just avoid if possible.
Don’t park here! They close early and will lock your car inside. They will not send anyone to help. There are hours posted on the sign, but they are difficult to see. You will most likely not see their hours. The prices are also very high!
Don’t park here. We got stuck for a while, none of the numbers listed on the signs worked except for the towing company. Not worth the risk. If you so park here and get stuck (the gate closed and doesn’t open without a fab) then go to the fedex, they were incredibly helpful and let us in.
