Park anywhere but a LAZ Parking structure!! Instead of $92 fine, it’s now a $102 fine for going over the scheduled time. I accidentally stayed 45 minutes over my time because I was working. And I thought the original fee of $41 to park was expensive. Never again!!

I like this lot because it is open and very accessible. I have used it multiple times with no issues. Beware: if you park & don't pay, you will be fined a lot more than the price of parking.

Si hacen delivery, no se pueden estacionar aquí. Yo, haciendo Amazon, cometí el error de estacionarme para entregar un paquete en el edificio de enfrente. Y me mandaron una multa injusta porque en las cámaras se ve que no quise estacionarme porque quise 😮‍💨

The manager Brayan he’s a great guy the parking is safe clean and good prices made a mistake with my payments and they fixed it right away I’d come back it’s highly recommended

PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK. DO NOT PARK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A $102 FINE BY MAIL. I pulled in at 41 E. Jefferson St to wait briefly and left minutes later. I never left my car. Days later I got a $102 “notice” anyway, followed by a “discount if you pay now.” I asked for proof and actual posted terms—none provided. If you pull in and pull right back out, they’ll still fine you. DO NOT STOP OR PARK HERE.
