If I could get this place, no stars, and that would be an option. It would definitely happen. I went there and I was able to pay for it, and now, months later, I got a piece of mail from an attorney's office for a debt collection. I had the receipt and now I'm reaching out to them months later, while I'm busy going on with my life, it really sucks that I have to deal with this now and I just don't believe that if I paid for something, I should have a debt on top of it for that parking. DO NOT PARK HERE!!! The other reviews are correct. I did not belive them myself and paid for parking for a weekend after staying in town for a local concert. They will have a lawyer file a claim against you to attempt to scamming you into paying twice. This time they are trying to get me for an additional $55 after already paying! I will be reporting to the BBB shortly, and assuming the claim against me is not dropped will be having my lawyer file a countersuit. Absolutely ridiculous stunt for a company to pull.
DO NOT PARK HERE. As others mentioned, this place is a total scam. Parked here for a Bengals game, had a valet attendant park my car. They never asked for payment and I never realized it until I got a letter in the mail for a $102 ticket. I went back and checked my credit card and there was no payment. I called and told them I would pay them $40 which is what I owed them and they said they could drop it to $80. I would have happily paid if anyone would have asked. I was not trying to avoid payment. Insane business model.
Parked here for a reds game on 06/04/2025 paid $20 and they sent me a bill weeks later for $100 i disputed it and showed them my bank statement that clearly states Laz Parking 06/04 but they want a receipt that i don’t have they sending me on a wild goose chase to get a copy of the receipt even though i proved i paid.
