Wasn't bad, until they sent me something saying that I didn't pay. My receipt actually has the following date on it, but that was rhe only time that I was there. Go figure.
Car got broken into while parked in this lot and stole my work phone.
CANT RUN THEIR BUSINESS RIGHT. DONT PARK HERE. They lacked the ability to notify you and pay for your stay. Paid upfront and now they’re asking for $102 more, absolutely ridiculous and predatory for the customer.
NEVER PARK HERE. I parked here for a Reds game. They had a sign up to scan to pay. I got home and I paid the parking. I got an email thanking me for paying for it. Then about a month later, I get an letter in the mail saying that I never paid for my parking. I sent them photos of my bank account that shows that day I sent that much to this stupid company.
