Parked here for a reds game on 06/04/2025 paid $20 and they sent me a bill weeks later for $100 i disputed it and showed them my bank statement that clearly states Laz Parking 06/04 but they want a receipt that i don’t have they sending me on a wild goose chase to get a copy of the receipt even though i proved i paid.

I highly recommend you do NOT use this company for parking- they take your money and then give you a wrong date and then say it is your fault. No retribution or respect for their customers. I was charged for a spot for the wrong day- a day later than needed. Within 5 mins I contacted LAZ to let them know that I the ticket showed the wrong day and asked for a refund- apparently it did this because they were sold out for the day I needed and the system just did what it wanted. Parked here for a Reds game. Paid $20. then a month later get a bill in the mail for $92. Obviously not paying that and would advise everyone to not park there. Terrible business ethics
