Unreliable parking. They randomly close the garage some nights blocking access if you don’t have a monthly card regardless of whether you’re a guest of someone who lives in the attached apartment building. Support staff very rude telling me to look somewhere else to park. On days the garage is open, they gouge you for $20/day (price increases every year it seems). Honestly would rather just eat a parking ticket from an expired meter on the street so money goes to the city instead of this spineless company
For non-residents - it uses your credit card as your ticket, which worked okay, but the stairwell door by the market asks you to slide your card when it doesn't have a card reader.

Convenient garage. Some of the access doors to get back in don’t work properly.
Google and its website have inaccurate hours. This lot is technically open 24 hours, but that was not made clear.
