Fraudulent $60 Charge for a Car I Don’t Own On July 8, 2025, LAZ Parking charged my credit card $60 for a reserved space in NYC from 3:00 PM–9:30 PM — for a black Acura TLX (plate A2416Y) that I do not own. I live in Atlanta — my car never left the state. I contacted LAZ immediately but only got vague replies and no real help. To date, no refund, no explanation. This is unacceptable. Worst experience in NYC. Absolute crooks! Got charged for two days despite only staying for 1! Customers BEWARE! Don’t fall for this place! Park anywhere else!
If I could give no stars, I would. The service was terrible. Made us pay a whole extra day for picking up the car less than an hour late. We were staying at a hotel nearby and checkout took a minute to get our bags and stuff. No courtesy. No manners. Tried to argue with us. No wonder their rating is already so slow. Scammers
Awful! Every other place tells you and lets you pay for the type of vehicle. Total bait and switch. Avoid at all costs!
