FRAUD. They never close your car, but do take your keys, and never give them back if you don't pay a $20 fine (???). Very rude and old scam. When they started trying to defraud me, I just left the parking lot and didn't even use it. I want my money back and advise anyone to check the reviews before booking here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I were referred to this garage by the Arlo SoHo Hotel for a discounted parking rate. When we arrived, we waited 10–15 minutes in the car while I repeatedly asked for someone to explain the discount and speak English, since there was no signage. Instead, they took our keys and handed us a ticket without ever confirming the rate. DO NOT— I REPEAT, DO NOT PARK AT THIS LOCATION. My wife and I waited 15–20 minutes for a staff member to assist us. Neither of the two employees spoke enough English to communicate clearly, and we couldn’t understand what they were saying. Without giving us any information, they took photos of our vehicle, grabbed our key and issued a ticket. At that point, we decided not to proceed with parking there.
