Awful people! They tried charging us for stuff that wasn't anywhere in their terms and refused to give us our car back otherwise. They were super rude people and harassed my younger 2 children, yelling at them and swearing as well. Will never be booking with them ever again

We needed to drop something in our car and they tried making us pay extra for that when we specifically said that we only needed to drop our luggage in the trunk and would be back at our allotted vehicle pickup time. We told the guy that but he moved the car anyway and he tried lying to his boss that we never told him to move the car. Horrible experience
