a total scam. one hundred percent a scam. do not buy online if you have to park here. uses your license plate to get you in and is poorly signed so you think you’re moving up but you’ve exited and all of a sudden you’ve spent your ticket on one go around the lot. called customer service and they gave me a bad solution which ended up costing me money. disgusting.
