I paid to park at UH for 1 hour on 4/9/2024 at 12:21PM and then extended for 1 hour after that. When I got back to my car there was a citation issued 13 minutes after I parked at 12:34PM. Seems like they should screen their personnel better or fix the data they have access to.

Parked at this garage but the ticket machine didn't produce a ticket and just let me. I tried to pay the normal fair upon leaving but instead got charged an outrageous $60 for a lost ticket. This is absolutely unacceptable and attempting to contact LAZ customer service was futile. LAZ Parking is a prime example of how not to run a parking service. The employees are not only unhelpful, but also seem to go out of their way to be difficult and rude. Avoid at all costs.

This has been one of the worst customer services experiences I have ever had. They are rude, dismissive and unhelpful. We requested a call back 2 times from their support manager and heard nothing back. We called in and the support person told us we can't call the support line and that we will need to go into the office. Where are we supposed to park when we go to the main office?
