They do not monitor sales and oversell the lot. Would not recommend.
Convenient when going to Rocket Mortgage, but other than that it’s terrible. Two elevators but the 2nd one doesn’t work which isn’t great when there’s hundreds of people. The building is falling apart badly, very tight as its practically only one lane to go up and down and almost got crashed into several times because of this, no lights for the roof parking area so it was completely dark at night, and the worker outside tried to make us crash.
