Avoid, had parking reservation arrived and all gates up and power out. Unable to get a ticket (to exit) parked car then saw what I thought were the stairs (it did say exit) walked to the bottom floor and it says emergency exit only. Walked back up one floor and unable to get out (no door knob to open the door) walked back to the first floor emergency exit door opened (possibly due to the power out?) when I returned I walk all over to find the pedestrian entrance. Good parking in New Orleans. Spaces are a little tight and few and far between
Charged $65 for 1.5 hrs of parking because my ticket got damaged.
Good parking, I can recommend it.
Entrance/exit is gated & there is a security guard at the front desk lobby to allow access to the elevators. Our car was safe here overnight on new years
