Do not park here. I pre bought a parking spot when attending a concert at Citi field and when I arrived for my reservation I was told that they gave away all spot not caring about those who bought ones already. The staff was incredibly rude and told everyone who purchased spots already to leave because they weren't gonna do anything about it. After I tried to reach out to the company to get a refund due to not being able to park or fulfill my reservation, the company never got back to me, I didn't get my money back. Wish I c... read more
SPOTHERO CUSTOMERS: DON'T FALL FOR THIS ONE! Heed the warning of multiple other reviews here. They'll take your reservation, but it means nothing--they won't actually reserve a spot for. Showed up yesterday for my reservation, along with several other cars who also had reservations, and we were all turned away because they were full. Possibly the worst parking garage I have ever entered. Not only is it disgusting in there, but staff is no help. I booked a spot about a week in advance because I had a concert at Citi Field. When I arrived to the parking garage I was informed that they no longer have room for me. Disgusting scam of business. Should be ashamed of yourselves. DO NOT EVER PARK HERE ESPECIALLY IF ITS FOR AN EVENT AT CITI FIELD BECAUSE THEY DO A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE WITH PARKING EVEN IF YOU HAVE PAID ONLINE AND SCHEDULED A SPOT.
They Lost my Tesla key in less than 1 hour. This place is a total joke… Well done to the highly trained staff for upholding their 2 star rating. Clearly working very hard to do so. Also I can concur with the other comments about staff just being rude totally untrained and unprepared to handle situations.
Fast? Sure- if you want your personal car to have future potential engine problems. Came to pick my car up and valet gave ZERO warm up time; not even 20 seconds for oil to enter the engine and then revving it to 3rd gear
