Fast? Sure- if you want your personal car to have future potential engine problems. Came to pick my car up and valet gave ZERO warm up time; not even 20 seconds for oil to enter the engine and then revving it to 3rd gear
I am writing to report a theft that occurred while my vehicle was under the care of this place last sunday. • Missing Items: $200 USD in cash and two bank cards. Upon retrieving my vehicle, I discovered that my cash and cards kept in the center console had been stolen. There were no signs of forced entry (broken windows), confirming that the theft occurred while the vehicle was in the possession of your staff who had access to the keys. I know you will have all kinds of excuses, but I will keep reporting and escalating.
Very poor service. Endless delays. No explanation. No cordiallity or pleasantness.

I cannot say enough HORRENDOUS things about this parking lot and the god-awful experience we had the weekend of 1/30-2/1. This place should be condemned based on the customer service and rude staff alone, as well as the lack of honesty and transparency around their business. We arrived on Thursday AM, at around 9:25, having prebooked a reservation. The first gentleman was quite kind overall, but then informed us that we had just missed the 9:30 am shuttle, and that another would not be coming for OVER AN HOUR. This is false ... read more
