Over charge and rude customer service: There is no notification at the gate or display but they will charge you $40 as special event parking everyday anytime. I wish I can give them 0 rating. The new management is very rude they scream at you. They don’t have the customer support number on their webpage. I was too scared to deal with them. I paid the overprice and drove for my life.
