Daily rate resets at 4am, so if you are staying at the hotel, DO NOT self park. Do valet, which is $30, whereas self parking will be $30 before 4am, and $30 after. So we’re held up for $60. It’s a con job.

Predatory! My GPS sent me into this deck. I realized it was not the right deck and tried to exit. I never parked. A staff member told me I couldn’t get out without paying $10. She refused to help and said if I kept waiting to pay the price would go up to $20. I was in the deck for only a few minutes.
Our items got stolen on 09/05/24 at Duke hospital. The person who picked up the vehicle used their managers information to sign in and pick up our car. When we noticed our items were missing we immediately reported it. Per Jacob Winters senior operations manager w/LAZ they’re not responsible for their employees sticky fingers.
