LAZ Apple Pay system is down and nobody in the entire dumpster fire of a company cares. Was stuck in a parking garage due to their faulty equipment and the couldn’t even be bothered to let me out.
Daily rate resets at 4am, so if you are staying at the hotel, DO NOT self park. Do valet, which is $30, whereas self parking will be $30 before 4am, and $30 after. So we’re held up for $60. It’s a con job.
Stopped to take a nap inside car and grabbed some food near by.
Predatory! My GPS sent me into this deck. I realized it was not the right deck and tried to exit. I never parked. A staff member told me I couldn’t get out without paying $10. She refused to help and said if I kept waiting to pay the price would go up to $20. I was in the deck for only a few minutes.
