The experience was average. I booked through SpotHero, and finding the entrance was difficult because nowhere does it indicate that the parking garage is underground. When I arrived, the employee who assisted me had a very poor attitude and no intention of helping. He spoke to me rudely and even raised his voice, despite the fact that he was the one who told me to scan my code. As a visitor, you expect basic guidance, not to be scolded. The manager of this building is an uneducated person, super rude. Every time I have a problem about finances, he doesn't answer the phone, and he's never available. I tried calling for 3 months in a row to cancel the gym fee in my contract, and today it's been 5 months since I gave up and continued paying without even using the unit. I don't recommend this building either for rent or to buy. If you have any serious problems, you'll be on your own! Employees are rude. I suspect the guy was drunk. No goodmorning, no goodbye. I do not recommend this place.
