I made a reservation and payed in full ahead. When we arrived they told me we couldn’t pick up our vehicle when we needed to. They gave me a number to call for a full refund to which I was given an email. They tried to send me a coupon and the amount was less than what I paid for. On top of it I can’t use it because we live out of country. I have reached out a number of times with still no success of a refund. Extremely frustrating… when we visit the States again we will be staying away from using this company.
Why is everyone leaving bad reviews? This place is not bad. sure, some of the employees look like they despise there job, but theres nothing wrong with this. And yes, to get your car you do have to wait, but that’s because its busy. There isn’t chairs in the spot you wait but its fine! The guy who gave us are car smiled and helped us put our bags in the car. 5 stars!
