I booked our time on Spothero and then we had no issues with it. It was stated in the app that there were height restrictions that people had some trouble with but ours was a sedan so it went pretty smoothly. Very affordable and efficient.

Super rude!!! Worst place to park. Anthony was so rude when we clearly paid in advance through an bestparking app, which we told and showed the barcode in advance. After they made us duplicate the payment, they said they couldn’t void the payment told us to get refund from best parking, which doesn’t make sense. They should be the ones refunding us not the best parking. Their rate totaled to twice the amount of best parking fee.

Garage hides their 20$ oversize fee. Prepaid up front through the app, listed my vehicle, checked in, they didn't say anything about a fee. When I pick up my car, they turn around and charge an extra 20$ for them to get my car. So unprofessional.

Ralph and Jorge did their job well and went out of their way to accommodate all persons in the party. They took care of the car well and the process was kept very simple. I was even directed outside to navigate incoming traffic. Nobody does that nowadays. Further you do not have to walk down steep lanes to get to attendants or the receiving floor. Charming and professional workers.
