the manager is awful, completely unprofessional and escalates situations. Started raising his voice at me in front of other people and being completely disrespectful. I asked an employee if it was OK to Park a vehicle that I was purchasing in the garage that i PAY MONTHLY FOR before i registered the vehicle on monday and i was told “should be fine” only to be towed the next day. $500 short and i asked for reimbursement and he denied me, made up lies to my face and was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. The parking is really good.There's light set night.The parking lot is clean and the people are very nice
Place is under extensive construction, 55% of parking spots on Levels 3 and above are blocked off. Horrible conditions, which being in Massachusetts will take multiple years to fix.
