HORRIBLE SERVICE! I waited 15 minutes to get my car but a group of 5 came after me and were able to receive theirs right away. No one tells you anything, the staff is just waiting talking amongst each other.
A disreputable and lazy lot. We have been monthly subscribers for 1 year, and have put up with a lot of slow service and occasions of smelling alcohol in the breath of the workers. Today was the last straw. My mother texted 30 minutes in advance to get the car ready and when she shows up she sees a garage empty of customers and 3 workers loafing around. She asks where's the car and they respond in a nasty voice saying that the priority is the hotel guests of the area, as if any of the 3 workers were doing anything at the mom... read more
