LAZ took over the parking at Kaiser Oakland hospital & medical centers. Since then, nurses, patients, visitors have to pay $18/day to park (not new) BUT now even on weekends and holidays. Said it was to ensure safety. But we’ve had several robberies (some armed) and converters stollen from cars since then. Previously, we were able to issue patients passes for their whole stay. They lent the parking lot for private event but they didn't announced clearly so I paid daily parking fee. Ther were a lot of people who paid the fee. I tried to reimburse the money but i couldn't contact with them.
