Absolutely do not waste your money on the Lazarus Parking Garage. I pay $125 a month to park here, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. The elevator has been down for almost a week, and when I brought this up to management, they were rude and dismissive. Corbin, in particular, has been completely unhelpful and clearly does not care about the people who park here. TERRIBLE!!! You must scan a qr code, download an app, THEN MAKE AN ACCOUNT!? all with terrible service bc ITS A PARKING GARAGE!!! trash. This took so much longer than paying as we leave. But it must be more cost effective for the company which IS why most thing get worse for patrons. Will definitely remember to never park here and remind everyone to avoid at the cost of your comfort. Oh and its $22 not $20. GARBAGE!!
They charge you $125 a month for a spot but will tow your car out of the garage with no warning, no ticket, no call, no email (nothing to let you know you're in bad spot) & then tell you there is nothing they can do for you besides pay to go get your car. There was no sign saying no parking in that spot but the dirty, barely visible yellow lines on the ground. My car was there maybe 6 hours.
