Awful company
This parking garage has the worst payment system. You have to go online and buy a QR code pass instead of pulling a ticket and paying. The QR code never works the first time and so you sit there on the phone with customer service with people in line behind you when you’ve already paid. When you leave you have to do the same process and the QR code doesn’t work. If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t park here park literally anywhere else.
I’ve had a monthly pass here for almost 2 years and nearly every other day there is a backup of 5 or more cars because some rando day pass person is having issues with their QR code.
