The sign says 24 hours. ParkWhiz says 24 hours. My flight had been delayed for hours so when I got in late, I couldn’t find parking, so I went to ParkWhiz. I go to park at this location. The door is closed below their 24 hour sign. I tried calling the numbers on their door and in the app several times. Finally we get a very rude response on the phone “don’t try to park at this hour.” Then the door opens, and the guy says, “Are you crazy? Avoid this garage at all costs. I’ve given it multiple chances, and each time has been a frustrating, disorganized experience—regardless of how busy they are. Whether I’ve been the only customer or one of just a few, the staff consistently appears confused and unprepared. My final visit was the morning of 6/14, and it was the worst yet. There were only two other customers waiting, but all of us stood around for 20+ minutes. One customer received their car with visible damage and had to stay longer to file a claim. Avoid the 160 and 180 Riverside garages. Attendants are careless and lazy. Pride of ownership is a foreign concept to these guys. Your vehicle WILL be damaged by them. Management is incompetent and have lost control of these 2 garages.
