$17 for 30 minutes is absolutely absurd and unjustified. The rate is not clearly posted before you enter and I would have never chosen this had I known. Park on the street instead.

Clean and convenient
Took payment and the door wouldn’t open no number for refund. Call button doesn’t work and no voicemail is set up
Never reserve here if you are using a parking app with previous payment. The scan doesn't work and you are forced to take a ticket so you can later enter to the building. So you end up double pay.
