This place had dozens of terrible 1 star reviews. I'm pretty sure that they just changed the google listing to wipe them out. Terrible staff, incapable of getting cars out in a timely manner. Every time you have to get your car from this garage it is a 20 minute ordeal. Nasty attitude from the attendants as well.
We had an excellent experience at this LAZ Parking location. We arrived around 5 a.m. for the Macy’s Parade with no reservation, and the staff member on duty, Álvaro, went above and beyond to help us out. At first, he warned me that without a reservation it might be difficult to park and kindly suggested trying another garage across the street. But after seeing that we were a family visiting the city, he changed his mind and said, “You know what? Stay here with us.” His kindness and willingness to help made a big difference ... read more
Nice people and great price and love the birds netting to keep the birds off your car.
I’ve been a monthly here for almost 3 years and the installation of that new alarm system is the most annoying thing I’ve ever experienced at any Parking Garage. Please remove it as soon as possible.
Easy parking experience and had the vehicle ready to go by the time we said we'd arrive back. We had a rental and a large SUV so a bit concerned about scratches but they took good care of the vehicle. Pleasantly surprised! Ubered into the city and used public transport from there. Was very wary to doing this as there were no reviews but had no issues and the process was seamless.
