These horrible people took my reservation on SpotHero several days ago and then when I showed up to park today rudely informed me the garage was full and “no reservations.” HOW DARE YOU TAKE RESERVATIONS YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF HONORING! You literally left me out in the cold. What a horrible business and human beings you are!
