Don't park here, go directly across the street to 131 Dartmouth garage instead. The entire garage smells absolutely horrible and there are many addicts and drunks wandering around the bottom floor. We saw one of them bashing his head against a car (that I assume wasn't his) repeatedly as we were leaving. Had a reservation on Spot Hero and it was cheap for a full day of parking on a Sunday, no issues with the code or finding a spot but we've also parked across the street for the same price and the garage is much nicer, better... read more
Before COVID this garage had friendly staff at the booth and they honored the holidays for the people with overnight passes. After COVID it’s been a magnet for homeless and addicts and the staff that answers the help button at the booth are rude and useless. It must be great getting paid for doing nothing. The managers read the reviews and thank people for their feedback but keep the same anti-customers staff working for them. Avoid this place and go across the street
Convenient online reservation process. Weekend rates are very reasonable.
A great deal for $11 on a Monday afternoon/evening (nothing else under $20). Because reviewers seemed to have problems with other apps I used the LAZ app — quick purchase, quick entry with QR code. The exit had a hitch, because there was no cell reception in the garage, so the QR code didn't show up for us to open the gate. I walked outside, got reception, got the code, and exited. Annoying, but easy fix, and next time I know to pull up the code before going back to the car.
Cheap, but how does the stairway / elevators always reek of weed? 1 star for cheaper price, another for merely existing. Pretty smelly but hey, you save $5-$10.
