DO NOT RESERVE ! If I could give it zero stars I would. Paid for parking 2 months in advance, when I arrived to the garage it was for residents only. NO indication on the app, and had to drive around for an hour and ended up paying $60 for parking. Took several days to get a response from the "garage manager", his email had a very rude and dismissive vibe.
Booked online with Laz and had confirmation number and QR Code but scanner was not working and the attendant said the Policy of Laz had nothing to do with what her Manager said it was a mess.
New director of this garage has turned things around. It used to be bad, but I would use now.
