Getting in to the garage was fine. Getting out was a nightmare, in which we had to wait more than an hour after 11:30 at night before the traffic even started moving out out of the garage on our floor. We were only on the fourth floor. I will NEVER park in this garage again for a stadium event. I only gave one star because the rating program does not allow me to give zero.
Unable to use parking due to height restrictions. We had to scramble to find a nearby parking lot to make our appointment. Waste of time and money.
Attended a concert at M&T stadium. About a 25 minute walk. Garage was clean and well lit - felt safe. Easy access with pre-paid ticket. Took some time to get out of the garage with just one exit but to be expected with concert. It was nice not having to deal with the traffic around the stadium once we got out of the garage.
Its a garage. Pay to park. If you visit the aquarium you can get validation and get a discount.
Avoid this lot at all costs. This facility uses predatory and intentionally misleading pricing tactics to scam drivers. Upon arrival, I was forced to prepay $30 at the entrance gate. Because the posted overnight rate on the sign was $32, I reasonably expected to pay a simple $2 balance when exiting. Instead, the exit kiosk caught me in a trap and demanded an additional $29 to leave.
