Easy in, easy out. Staff efficient, friendly. Literally 1/2 block to the Inner Harbor. Accessible with ramps and elevators!
No notification at the entrance or within sight of driveways that elevators were out of order. The only notification are small papers taped to the elevator that you can only see AFTER you get out of the car and walk up to it. There are two disabled people in our group.
We could not find the garage. I called the 1800 number and they refunded us the money we paid. Since we parked in a different garage. I appreciate that as I just wanted to let them know so not to get charged extra as it is hourly parking
Convenient parking option if you’re visiting the aquarium or the harbor. The pricing is about average for the area, and I mean is not cheap, but also not more expensive than other lots nearby, even some that are farther away. In my experience, it has generally been easy to find a spot, which is a big plus in this location. The main downside is the signage, especially when trying to find the exit, since it can be confusing (very confusing).
