A real professional always goes above and beyond to accomodate their customers. Art is a example of such professional. I snapped a C.V shaft in the wife's Acura on a Friday at 5:07pm. Towed car to Laz Auto and Art had a new part there in 20 minutes and even offered to fix it so that our trip up North wasn't ruined. By 6:30 pm I was all fixed up and ready to go.
