We had used Layton's Pool Service for years. However, at the end of last year we decided to transition our pool to a salt water pool. We were quoted and charged for a 500 lb sand filter. Instead, he installed a cartridge filter that was completely insufficient for the size of our pool. After several attempts to reach Layton's, including a demand letter sent by certified mail, we have had no response or refund for the inadequate equipment. We have had to pay another company come out to install the correct filter.
