Can't say enough good things about this place. We came here in preparation for our second baby and were blindsided with the news that a heartbeat couldn't be found. A week later my body started miscarrying and I called the on-call midwife, who at the time was Analiesa. I was a sobbing mess and she was nothing but kind, calm, and patient. She talked me through my emotions before she addressed anything medical. My experience with the IHC Layton Midwifery providers was 10/10. My care throughout my pregnancy and delivery was amazing. I had concerns about one of my pregnancy scans and Analeisa took the time to call me personally and discuss my concerns. Leah was the midwife on call when I delivered and she helped make my birth experience a positive one. Her calm manner made me feel empowered and confident in my delivery preferences.
I’ve been seeing a dr “x” for about 10 years now (I’m leaving the dr anonymous because I don’t feel like it’s 100% her fault) but I had some recent blood work done by another dr that let me know about a health condition I have. I had blood work done with my IHC dr in 2018/2019 for the same issue and never heard anything back from my lab work which made me think I was okay, as she said if I don’t hear anything back that it all came back normal.
