8/31/2022 we paid Layton $27,950 for 2 catch basins, n12 Storm pipe, sdr35 pipe all to direct water from back yard to drains down sides of our yard and down to utility drains along the road at the front of our home. It was also to regrade with topsoil, seed and straw to establish grass. In 8/2025 a rain storm hit. The basins were not put deeply enough in to the ground and so the water washed over them resulting in the backyard flooding.
