I don’t think they deserve 2 stars so leaving a review. The nurses were welcoming, great, and made sure I was comfortable and had what we needed. My infusions were 2.5-3.5 hours. They always asked if I needed snacks, a pillow, warm blanket, drink, or the lights dimmed. There was a call button, the room with the door does have a TV, but not all the rooms. My last infusion stung, but they made sure to check that it was still okay, flushed it twice, and gave me a heating pack to put on it. They were great and very accommodating... read more

I was trying to get the address when I saw that Layton Infusion has 1.5 stars!! That is the farthest thing from the truth! I have LOVED Layton Infusion. I have been getting infusions here for 6 years. The staff here are absolutely amazing. I always can get in touch with someone on the phone. The nurses always answer my questions and address any concerns I have. They always make sure I’m comfortable with snacks, a pillow, warm blankets, a nurse call button, and dimming the lights. After three weeks of waiting, I finally called the office about an appointment. The staff was having a hard time pulling authorization from my insurance. I called insurance myself and they called the facility to verify my eligibility and left a message twice. I called again and gave them the provider line from my insurance card. I was then told to call my doctor and go to another facility. All because they were not willing to call and get authorization from my insurance. Loud uncomfortable, no call button nurses seemed annoyed to be there. No tv’s asked for pillow twice. Nurses just talking to eachother. I’ve been in better infusion clinics. My infusion is long , disappointing
