After three weeks of waiting, I finally called the office about an appointment. The staff was having a hard time pulling authorization from my insurance. I called insurance myself and they called the facility to verify my eligibility and left a message twice. I called again and gave them the provider line from my insurance card. I was then told to call my doctor and go to another facility. All because they were not willing to call and get authorization from my insurance. Loud uncomfortable, no call button nurses seemed annoyed to be there. No tv’s asked for pillow twice. Nurses just talking to eachother. I’ve been in better infusion clinics. My infusion is long , disappointing
