Layton Glass is fantastic, I had my windshield destroyed in a thunderstorm and they had it replaced the next day. Service was great and they were very friendly, made you feel like family. The work they did was excellent and they even followed up with me to make sure I was happy. I can not recommend them enough if you live in the area. I hope I don't need their services again anytime soon (damn hail storms) but if I do they will be my first call.

I have had a very good experience dealing with Terry at Layton Glass. I needed a replacement windshield for my 2006 Avalon. I had already called another glass company and was quoted $475 and an install date of Monday. I really didn't want to wait until Monday as we were going out of town for the weekend. I looked Layton Glass up on the internet. I saw these negative reviews at the time but decided to call anyways (Thursday afternoon) just to get the quote. I really figured they would be higher. judging by the reviews on here and the experience I just had the displeasure of having with a simple phone conversation with an employee (owner maybe) I would rather kick out the rest of my windshield and drive with goggles and dig the bugs out of my teeth at every red light. wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy. has no regard for a potential customer and I hope it stays that way so you will drive yourself out of business.

this customer can do nothing for themselves, customer brought me a broken window & asked if i could supply them with the replacement? order was taken and placed. when the replacement came in i called customer to pick up glass customer came to pick up order 2 weeks later and asked where the frame was? i responded that i never had frame just glass only! she insisted that we had frame. i sent an employee to her home in taylorsville to see what she had so i could try to purchase a new frame or window to satisfy this customer. wh... read more

It is very sad that you feel the need to lie to save face at the expense of a paying customer. I have no reason to lie, you on the other hand do. Also do you really think it is professional to call and threaten to break my window and throw it in your dumpster as retaliation for posting my expierence? I sure do not. Told my wife to go somewhere else. – Ordered a round glass top for a table. Told the guy it was for a table top!!! Went to pick it up and it had an unfinished edge. Umm I had ordered it for a glass table. My kids would have cut their hands in about 2 seconds. He said it cost more to finish the sides. Ummmm yes, tell me that when I order it. Guy told my wife after asking to many questions that she should take her business elsewhere! I did! Shop around before you go to these idiots!
