I had called and asked if they can do the work I needed. They said yeah. When I had my car towed there, they told me they were slammed and couldn't take a new customer at that time. Apparently there was a bit of miscommunication somewhere, but it happens. This was before Christmas, about Dec 17th. They said they couldn't get to it until the 5th of January. These guys really did a great with my Tiguan! Had some gnarly issues with it that 3 other shops couldn't figure out. These guys handled it well and checked in with me about every step of the way with any updates they had and made sure I was on board. I was able to get a good value for it and trade it in! Big shout out to Keith and the guys here!
