Decided to try out Laynes due to Canes being too far of a drive into town. Have been about 3-4 times in the last month and food is hit or miss(usually disappointing) but the customer service is horrendous. Drive through workers act like you are burdening them by placing your order, when you get your food you don’t any responses when you say thank you or have a good day, just a dirty look and ignored. Looks like it’s back to canes.
Overpriced now. Before ownership change you could extra fries instead of potato salad. Now the portions are smaller, and the chicken isn't as great as it once was. On top of that, the owners have hiked the price. I recommend people find another chicken finger joint. Until they correct the issues I will not be back.
I did drive through pickup ad the clerk was very friendly and my order was handled exactly as I ordered. The food was great as always.

It's been incredibly slow every time I go there now which is unfortunate because the other Layne's locations are usually pretty good, they also NEVER remember to ask for my phone number and can't give me loyalty points afterwords if its forgotten which is pretty bad customer service.
