Absolutely rotten customer service. This is the pharmacy used by Oak Ridge Military Academy for the on campus cadets. They ran out of a generic drug for my child and filled it with a brand name without authorization from the me at all. Not a call, not an email. They supposedly called a school nurse, but can't actually show proof that happened. The nurse is not the one being billed. I'm being charge over $400 because they can't pick up a phone. Unacceptable. The guy that takes care of orders does not return calls He doesn’t let you know where you stand with your supplies ex if they have come in if he has even received any orders and if they are ready zHe is useless every one else is fine
Great place and honest people. I first went to a place in Reidsville and they tried to charge me a copay on my insurance I did not owe. I told them my out of pocket had been met 6 months ago. Still they tried to get my money and I said give me my prescription for my cane and I will go somewhere else. I’m glad I did because LayneCare took great care of me and treated me great. Oh and guess what, they ran my insurance and said I didn’t owe anything! They have a new customer for life.
