Very sweet and nice people there I can’t wait till I can go back there even if it’s just hanging out with Ashley.
Picks up the phone and automatically hangs up. Very poor communication with other healthcare staff. Lots of confusion about how to communicate with their pharmacy team.
Absolutely rotten customer service. This is the pharmacy used by Oak Ridge Military Academy for the on campus cadets. They ran out of a generic drug for my child and filled it with a brand name without authorization from the me at all. Not a call, not an email. They supposedly called a school nurse, but can't actually show proof that happened. The nurse is not the one being billed. I'm being charge over $400 because they can't pick up a phone. Unacceptable. The guy that takes care of orders does not return calls He doesn’t let you know where you stand with your supplies ex if they have come in if he has even received any orders and if they are ready zHe is useless every one else is fine
