On a weight loss journey, it’s important to not focus on JUST the scale, but how you are caring for your body. Layne helps you to focus on your whole self and how to measure your progress in a healthy way. I appreciate the time and attention she gave me in helping me understand all facets of my current health, and what I can do to be a stronger, healthier middle-aged woman. As a guy, going into a wellness clinic seemed an odd proposition at first, but I was blown away by Layne and team’s expertise, their direct and pragmatic communication about what I was there for, and the practicality of their suggestions. If you want to establish a good baseline for your body to set goals against, I can’t recommend LBC enough!
Katy was wonderful! Seriously the best provider I have had. She took her time to get to know me and my concerns. She then explained my labs in a way I could understand and make sense of it all. I did not feel rushed and felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend Katy at LBC
